WHAT I LIKED

Honestly, the environment is everything. I love the people there, everyone is so nice. I was initially worried about going to a big school and becoming a number in a lecture hall, but at Auburn that could not be farther from the truth. It’s is super easy to find people like you also without joining a frat or a sorority which was also a concern of mine. The sports environment is nothing I have ever seen, the SEC is definitely a special place. Academics are also incredible. I love the engineering facilities and faculty and how student-centered it is. There are so many opportunities and I really just want to do everything! There is always a challenge in classes, but there are numerous ways to get help if the challenge is too much. Overall, I love Auburn!

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I currently reside in the Hill dorms, and they are a little gross and I get sick from the mold very often. I wish these could be better so my experience could be the best, however, I am still glad to be living on campus.

WHAT I LIKED

Auburn is such a safe inclusive campus, as an out-of-state student coming in I was brought in with open arms and felt right at home. The campus is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The only complaint I have about Auburn is how far away from home it is, though I was the one that picks it is still hard. I also had difficulty with housing and being placed somewhere that worked for me but the university worked with me and I got placed in better arrangements.
