My interest in accounting has developed greatly in the past couple years. It all started back in high school when I took a class by my teacher Mrs. Walker. She really opened my eyes into the world of accounting at such a young age. Everything naturally clicked for me from the neat ledgers to the perfect balance on each side, I liked how perfect accounting was. Knowing that I really enjoyed the class, I decided to continue this passion at Michigan State University. Attending Michigan State University has been perfect for me as they are known for an amazing business program and have shown time and time again the prestigiousness of the Eli Broad Business College. I knew attending such a prestigious school would allow me to take classes that not only help further my education, but my accounting knowledge at a higher level. After my undergraduate, I plan to continue pursuing and challenging myself in the accounting world. I plan to continue to get my master's in accounting and focusing on the CPA exam. Having the CPA certification will allow me to get farther into my career and lead me to better positions and opportunities. After gaining some experience in the Audit field for a couple years, I plan to work towards my CFE certification. Having both my CPA and CFE will help me greatly in my endeavors moving forward. I plan from there, to move into forensic accounting. Forensic accounting is such an incredible goal of mine and the ability to stop those using fraudulent accountants and hurting our system is so important to the world. Using my knowledge of accounting and the correct ethical practices, I plan to work in forensic accounting and specificity the FBI a couple years later. I really want to make a difference in the world and feel this course of action gives me the best change to make the impact I strive for. By pushing myself during my undergraduate studies and future endeavors I hope to prepare myself for these future goals. As you can see, from high school to now, my love for accounting has grown and my future of accounting is far from over. I plan to keep pursuing my degree and putting these funds to good use in furthering my future. I hope to one day get to the FBI and my dreams, but for now I will take it one step at a time.

So, while waiting to develop such an exciting future, there is a man standing on the threshold of high school, where the field of accounting more or less serves for me as a lock-and-key situation. For all the interesting applications of accounting-up on debits, credits, balance sheets-something else dangles my heart. To me, accounting is not merely a profession; rather, it's a channel through which you could make a real change in the lives of youth who are understandably afraid of the so peculiar complications of business and finance. Accounting is not merely for me a definition of number-crunching, but there would be a constructive engagement toward building the opportunities around what I learn in helping to give hope and aspirations to people otherwise put off or intimidated by the repulsion of business. People go into accounting as a career mainly for good money, but in my case, it is mostly for the love that I have for empowering others. I have seen how dreams can easily be shattered because of sheer ignorance, and I want to change all that. A flow of steady, strong opportunities is in the offing for students of accounting gaining this opportunity for upward progress. Building their confidence to showcase this on the new front desk of their projects, earning and pursuing their dreams as future leaders and not mere weavings of the principles of accounting. I will, in due season, execute this through several ways. I want to establish mentorship programs aimed at guiding and lifting up students from all walks of life by passing down to them my collective knowledge and experience. I have envisioned workshops and seminars that are specifically designed for demystifying intricate financial concepts and making them appealing. Most importantly, I intend to build an encouragement environment where young people will know they can accomplish those dreams, irrespective of their backgrounds. My final touch on the canvas will be to prove to them that the business world has no gated doors but is a field of possibilities for anyone interested in learning and working hard. I think of their individual self-discovery in which they would trace the language of business around that and find a place for them within it to pursue careers of their dreams. I want to help them understand that potential and believe in it. I want to fight against self-doubt, inadequacy that so often prevents youth from taking risks needed to chase their dreams. I want to challenge the status quo and start building a future generation of ethical, innovative leaders committed to bringing about positive change. My aspirations are not for my glory-they are bigger, and at the heart of being an agent for change in mentoring others to unlock that potential. Perhaps I can show the students what they can really do if they put their minds to it. I see instructional materials in the form of online tutorials or easily accessible guidebooks. This will help make financial literacy a skill that everyone acquires. I will try to get schools and community organizations involved in making these efforts far-reaching and able to last. It's my hope that with all these, I may help forge a more just and prosperous future for all, creating one student, one lesson, one dream at a time. My studies in accounting should not be seen mainly as a pathway to a career but be consolidated as the foundation for a future wherein I can genuinely impact change in the lives of people around me.

My parents are small businesses, so all work-related financial book management is monitored by my mother. Perhaps seeing my agility as well as my careful and meticulous personality in checking books partly influences my personality when I was growing up. And from an early age, my mother let me take classes to supplement my knowledge of math outside of school hours and that also gave me a pretty solid foundation in this subject. I quite like analyzing things. Analyze numbers, make statistics, and calculate data. That is the reason why I chose Accounting when I entered university. I also regularly make financial reports on my own spending each month and summarize them at the end of the year. I like managing my expenses to know if I am using the right amount of money for the right purpose and the value it brings. I have always imagined in my head that one day I will work at a large company, working with numbers and data professionally. Although my parents did not support my choice to study Accounting, this is my favorite field of study and I always want to bring good benefits not only to companies but also to my parents. business. business. With the knowledge I have learned so far, by understanding accounting principles, businesses can maintain financial stability, manage resources efficiently, and navigate economic challenges more effectively. Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyzes to guide strategic decision-making, ensuring that investments align with the company's goals and bring long-term value. Well-educated in accouting provides an accurate and timely financial information, empowers businesses to make informed decisions that contribute to their success and sustainability. I can promote the integration of sustainability metrics into financial reporting, encourage businesses to adopt environmentally and socially responsible practices. I also take the business analytic course which I can apply to any situation in analytic, interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. With strong accounting education. I can also identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, helping businesses navigate uncertainties and challenges proactively. With my accounting education, I can promote the integration of sustainability metrics into financial reporting, encouraging businesses to adopt environmentally and socially responsible practices. Additionally, I am an international student who is living independently so I am also good at some life skills like time management and stress management. The ability to manage stress and maintain resilience is crucial in high-pressure work environments. Professionals with strong stress management skills contribute to a healthier workplace and can maintain performance under challenging circumstances. In addition to the above positive impacts, having additional tax courses in school can help me gain more knowledge about taxes I can find many more tax deductibles for business to take advantage of.
