WHAT I LIKED

Wonderful, kind, friendly people. Some interesting and entertaining professors. A beautiful and vibrant campus (a natural park acres wide with thousands of trees). Good prestige and a decent price.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Some professors are impossible to learn from. Not a party school if that is what you are looking for. A huge campus makes walking to class a hike.

WHAT I LIKED

Academics-wise, UCI is great! It's nice being on campus with other freshmen to meet and make friends with nice people. Just make sure to put yourself out there by joining clubs and participating in various campus activities.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Having a bad roommate can be pretty frustrating, so try to make sure you communicate and work things out. The food from the dining hall isn't that great, so you might end up spending a lot of money eating out.

WHAT I LIKED

UCI provides many opportunities to students who are eager to learn. There are plenty of opportunities to participate in research. For those who are continuing in the pre-med path, I highly recommend UCI.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

There isn't a lot of diversity.
