Bio

I have always known that I wanted to work in the medical field in some form, however I miscalculated and picked a career path that is not anywhere near gross enough for me. I am currently a Speech Language Pathology major, but very recently I realized I am much more passionate about otolaryngology and the impact that an ENT can have on a client with cleft palate, Treacher-Collins, or more controversially, a deaf client receiving a cochlear implant. I want to provide the most comprehensive care possible by giving families and patients as much information as possible before they decide on what is potentially a life changing decision. Additionally, I want to be able to incorporate American Sign Language and Spanish into my practice by being able to communicate in the language most native to clients and their families without the need for an interpreter.
